"Among the Dead" is a short story collected in Blood and Ivory: A Tapestry. It fills in more detail about Tori and Jame growing up in the Keep in the Haunted Lands, about Winter, and about the events surrounding Jame's expulsion into the arms of Perimal Darkling.[1]
