the Dark Judge, To Ride a Rathorn,
"Chapter XVIII: Solstice", I

An Arrin-ken blinded by Keral during Gerridon's Fall. He is continuously enraged, and seeks to judge and execute the guilty, often without much deliberation. While suspicious at best, and homicidal at worst, towards Jame, due to her darkling taint, he befriends Jorin, presumably due to their similarity of status — both are blind felines.
