Thulican is the Lord of the Jewel Court of the Thieves' Guild of Tai-tastigon, and thus one of the five top officials under the Sirdan Theocandi.[1]
In the upcoming election in God Stalk, Darinby suspected he would choose who to vote for at the last minute.[2] Thulican is terrified of supporting the losing side,[3] and Men-dalis muses that a show of strength would sway him more than bribes.[4]
